FAQ

Questions rental business owners actually ask.

Yes. Bikes, rentals, payments, customers, expenses, reports and Simple export files have no trial period and no time limit. Pro is an upgrade for staff accounts, detailed PDF/Excel reports, the web dashboard, bulk fleet import and PDF receipts, not a gate on the basics.
With your phone number (a code arrives by SMS), with an email address and password, or with your Google account. An email account must confirm its address by tapping a link we email before you can set up a business. The web dashboard accepts the same three methods.
Yes. After a rental or a payment, Motozy opens WhatsApp with the receipt picture ready for that customer's chat. You can also send payment reminders and review requests. On Pro you can share the receipt as a PDF without the Motozy line.
The app is available in English, Bahasa Indonesia and Hindi, and you can switch any time in Settings. Indonesia and India pre-fill currency and payment methods, and customer phone numbers can be from any country.
No. Every business's data is stored separately and access is enforced by server-side security rules — there's no shared view across businesses, ever. Inside your business, roles limit what staff can see.
Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through Google Play — cancel any time from the Play Store app or the "Manage Subscription" link in Motozy's Settings. You keep Pro access until the period you already paid for ends.
Nothing is deleted or hidden. Pro features pause, but every bike, rental, customer and expense you've already logged stays exactly where it is, and everything in the Free plan keeps working.
In the app: Settings → Delete My Account. Without the app installed: motozy-app.com/app/delete-account.html. Deleting a business ends access at once and erases its data after 30 days; email us within those 30 days to restore it. See the Privacy Policy for what is removed.
